§ 7. Publication and effective date.

This ordinance shall be published once in the Siskiyou Daily News, a newspaper of general circulation within the County of Siskiyou, within fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.

The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Siskiyou held on the 24th day of January, 1961, and was finally passed and adopted by said Board at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of February, 1961, by the following vote:

AYES: Supervisors Ager. Barr, Jackson and Ealy.

NOES: None.

ABSENT: None.
